Current label guidance
After normal brushing routine, swish 1 teaspoon (approx. 5 mL) of oil in mouth for a minimum of 5 minutes or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Spit out the oil and for maximum benefits, do not rinse to allow for longer contact of the ingredients to the teeth and gums. Shake well. Do not ingest. This product should be used in addition to normal brushing and flossing routines.
If accidentally swallowed, upset stomach may occur.
