This test measures antibodies that are part of Leaky Gut Antibodies (Array 2), WheatBurden (Array 3X), and Gluten Cross-Reactive Foods (Array 4). It detects leaky gut to large molecules, disturbance in the gut flora, wheat- and gluten-associated autoimmunities, and autoimmunities including neuroautoimmunities associated with the consumption of gluten cross-reactive foods, such as MS and type 1 diabetes induced by casein and milk butyrophilin.
